Dr. Ellen Turner is board certified in dermatology through the American Board of Physician Specialties, as well as board certified in functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She is proud to offer a complete array of dermatology services to her patients, including medical, cosmetic, surgical, and laser procedures.

Dr. Turner performed her medical school training at Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock, and her dermatology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she received a strong clinical foundation for assuming the care of such dermatologic conditions as acne, rosacea, psoriasis , skin cancer, and eczema of the skin. In her medical practice, she enjoys a focus on elective aesthetic procedures such as Silhoutte InstaLift™ (for which she is a Center of Excellence, and one of two physician training centers in the state of Texas), BOTOX® , Juvéderm® , Restylane® , and other injectables
, Exion, Emface, and laser and light-based devices.

She is an Allergan Master Injector Emeritus. She was one of ten injectors in the Dallas area asked to launch Qwo, the first FDA approved injectable for treatment of moderate to severe cellulite in the adult female buttocks.

Dr. Turner has personally designed the Dermatology Office in both its Dallas and Irving locations to provide the most current technology in dermatology services, including Ultherapy® , CoolSculpting® , the Sciton® Profile Platform, Halo® , RF microneedling, the picosecond laser for pigmentation and melasma, and the DiamondGlow® .system.

She is proud to offer Sensus Superficial Radiation for the treatment of basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas at both her Irving and Dallas locations, as a non-surgical, non-scarring approach to the treatment of these types of skin cancers since 2015. In 2025, she partnered with DermRay to provide boardcertified radiation oncology physician services to her patients as a nonsurgical alternative for the treatment of skin cancer.

Dr. Turner is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatology Society, the Dallas Dermatology Society, and the Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. Turner is also a member of the medical staff at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

In her free time, Dr. Turner enjoys writing and teaching. To highlight these hobbies, she has launched DrEllenTurner.com which features training videos and weekly blogs, and encourages other healthcare professionals to pursue their aesthetic medicine dreams.
