Dr. Turner and her experienced staff offer the highest dermatological care in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. When Dallas patients visit the offices of Dr. Turner for a consultation, their concerns are carefully evaluated and the most appropriate interventions based on clinical needs and personal preferences are determined.

Medical Dermatology

As a double board-certified physician, Dr. Ellen Turner is pleased to offer her patients a full spectrum of services when it comes to the diagnosis and treatment of dermatologic disease and conditions of the skin, including but not limited to skin cancer, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, acne and rosacea, hair loss, as well as a spectrum of other rashes and disorders of the skin, hair and nails.

Cosmetic Dermatology

Dr. Turner is a BTL Luminary offering Emface, Exion, Emsculpt Neo and Emtone as well as Ultherapy, Picocare 450, and Sciton Joule and Profile platforms to her aesthetic patients. She has injected over 8,000 syringes of fillers since 2003, and is an Allergan Medical Institute Aesthetic Trainer Emeritus. Dr. Turner enjoys injecting various neuromodulators such as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport and Xeomin. She was the first aesthetic injector in the DFW metroplex to offer platelet-rich plasma for aesthetic injections to both the skin for collagen stimulation and the scalp for hair restoration. She was the first dermatologist to utilize exosomes for hair restoration in hair loss patients.

Surgical and Non-surgical Dermatology-Oncology

For patients with skin cancer, Dr. Turner offers both surgical and nonsurgical scarless options including superficial radiation and brachytherapy. Basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are the most common types of skin cancers which are diagnosed and treated in dermatology, and Dr. Turner has successfully treated her patients with Sensus Superficial Radiation (SRT) since 2012. In 2025 Dermatology Office welcomes the expertise of a board-certified radiation oncologist to expand into brachytherapy and hyperthermia, allowing Dr. Turner and her staff to treat greater numbers of skin cancers, non-invasively and non-painfully.
