Injectables
BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® is the most popular cosmetic treatment in the world, with millions of women and men enjoying its wrinkle-smoothing effects each year in the United States alone. As a neuromodulator, it relaxes muscles for months at a time, preventing them from contracting to reveal forehead lines, crow’s feet, and other signs of aging.
XEOMIN®
XEOMIN® is created without the accessory proteins common to neuromodulators, making this wrinkle-smoothing treatment an option for patients whose facial muscles now “resist” other options and earning it the nickname “the naked injectable.”
Dysport®
With Dysport®, patients can enjoy a more youthful look that lasts for months. Like its fellow neuromodulators, this injectable works by blocking signals that would otherwise cause facial muscles to contract and reveal lines and wrinkles.
Bellafill® for Body
A collagen-based gel filled with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres, Bellafill® for Body adds volume to improve definition. When strategically injected into the abdominal region, it can accentuate the abs for a more sculpted look.
Collagen and Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers come in a range of brands, all of them designed to add volume in areas where collagen loss and other age-related skin changes have caused the formation of wrinkles or changed youthful contours.
RHA® Fillers
The family of RHA® fillers is made up of hyaluronic acid-based injectables designed to withstand the rigors of highly active areas. The volume-adding gel maintains a naturally youthful look, even where muscles frequently contract.
Juvéderm®
Juvéderm® is the name for a line of fillers made with hyaluronic acid to add volume and encourage moisture retention in the skin. This family of fillers includes Voluma® for facial contouring, Volbella® for volumizing lips and smoothing skin around the mouth, and Vollure™ for treating marionette lines and other facial creases and folds.
Radiesse®
Radiesse® stimulates natural collagen production in addition to providing skinsmoothing volume right after its injection. This makes it an “injectable implant” ideal for enhancing and shaping the buttocks.
Restylane® Lyft
Restylane® Lyft is a hyaluronic acid-based filler that can add volume to thinning and hollowing cheeks, as well as restore youthful contours to the backs of the hands to create a smoother surface.
Sculptra®
A filler containing poly-L-lactic acid, Sculptra® is versatile enough to handle both detail work on the face and adding volume to the buttocks for temporary augmentation.
Platelet-Rich Plasma
A patient’s own blood can be used to make platelet-rich plasma, which has revitalizing properties and a number of cosmetic dermatology applications, including facial rejuvenation and hair restoration. Dr. Turner uses the Magic Needle® for PRP treatments, improving the treatment experience and recovery times.
Kybella®
Kybella® is a fat-reduction option intended for slimming a double chin by disrupting the excess fat cells that collect below the neck.
QWO®
QWO® reduces cellulite by targeting several dimple-causing factors. It breaks apart tension causing collagen bands, prompts the skin to grow thicker, and allows subsurface fat cells to distribute more evenly.
Magic Needle®
A flexible tube with a rounded tip, Magic Needle® is a tool used to make the injection experience gentler and reduce post-treatment recovery time, especially for Plasma® sessions.

Nonsurgical Hair Restoration
Nonsurgical hair restoration employs healing elements of a patient’s own blood to encourage new activity in follicles that have gone dormant due to androgenic alopecia— better known as male or female pattern hair loss.
Facial Contouring for Men
Facial contouring for men emphasizes sculpting a traditionally masculine jawline, cheeks, and other features by using fillers with male skin, muscles, and more in mind.
Lasers and Lights
Hair Removal
Laser hair removal involves focused laser and light damaging follicles to render them unable to grow hair as they usually would. The result is long-lasting bare skin.
Intense Pulsed Light
Dubbed IPL, this cosmetic dermatology treatment uses intense pulses of light to reduce redness, clear spots, and otherwise rejuvenate the skin.
Skin Resurfacing
Laser skin resurfacing ablates (removes) the outermost layers of skin to reduce the appearance of scars, severe sun damage, deep wrinkles, treat acne, and more.
Vein Treatment
Spider veins can be targeted with laser vein treatments. Light energy safely seals off the unneeded vessels, causing them to collapse and be reabsorbed so that the skin appears clearer.
Sciton® Halo™
A hybrid laser cosmetic dermatology system, Sciton® Halo™ blends different intensities of light energy for a customizable rejuvenation treatment. Halo is a non-ablative laser that allows aggressive treatment of sun damage, wrinkles and acne scars but with minimal recovery times.
Other Laser/Light Procedures
Laser peels stimulate collagen production and reveal healthy skin to reduce the appearance of a range of cosmetic dermatology conditions.
PICOCARE 450
While this laser is designed to treat hyperpigmentation problems, PICOCARE 450 is also a good choice for patients dealing with scars, acne cysts, large pores, and other cosmetic dermatology problems.
Other Laser/Light Procedures
Laser peels stimulate collagen production and reveal healthy skin to reduce the appearance of a range of cosmetic dermatology conditions.
Fat and Lax Skin Treatment
Emsculpt Neo®
Emsculpt Neo® triggers muscle contractions with high intensity focused electromagnetic technology and fat reduction with radiofrequency energy to slim and shape the abdomen, buttocks, and more.
Emtone®
Emtone® heats and uses pressure on tissue to address multiple factors believed to be responsible for cellulite on the buttocks. The result is smoother skin.
CoolSculpting®
CoolSculpting® nonsurgically reduces the number of fat cells in a targeted area by crystallizing them with low temperatures, causing them to be flushed from the body.
Ultherapy®
Ultherapy® makes use of bi-directional ultrasound waves to stimulate skin and deeper tissue to address laxity for a firmer, tighter look.
SkinPen®
SkinPen® is a microneedling device that creates small channels in the skin to encourage collagen production for treating a number of cosmetic dermatology conditions.
Lipoma Mesotherapy
Patients who have distinct fatty tumors—known as lipomas—can enjoy the results of lipoma mesotherapy, which reduces the size of them with a series of injections.
Silhouette InstaLift™
Silhouette InstaLift™ is a non-surgical procedure which involves injectable threads composed of poly-L-lactic acid, a sugar molecule, containing alternating cones and knots between two semi cannulas so that when placed in the face or neck, Dr. Turner can instantly lift the skin to restore youthful contours. It can also be used for a nonsurgical breast lift or butt lift.
Kybella®
Kybella® is an injectable form of a dietary acid that breaks down fat cells. When used in the neck area, it reduces a double chin.
