Enjoy Rejuvenating Results Without Surgery in the Dallas Area
Dr. Ellen Turner offers a wide range of cosmetic dermatology treatment options for her patients, with the most popular being injectables. Dallas-area men and women seeking a cosmetic change can choose injectables for everything from adding or reducing volume, to smoothing out static and dynamic wrinkles, to stimulating failing follicles for new hair growth.
Dr. Turner works with two estheticians at her practice’s Medspa, each experienced and trained in a number of treatments, including injectables from a variety of trusted manufacturers. The office also has a cosmetic consultant.

BOTOX® Cosmetic
It seems like nothing beats BOTOX®, given the injectable’s repeated appearance at the top of annual lists exploring the most popular cosmetic treatments performed throughout the United States and world. This neuromodulator’s track record of safety and reliable results makes it a go-to option for women and men who want to prevent wrinkle-revealing muscles from contracting in the forehead, next to the eyes, and elsewhere.
XEOMIN®
Known as the “naked injectable” because it’s purely an injectable form of muscle-relaxing botulinum toxin type A (without accessory proteins found in other neuromodulators), XEOMIN® is ideal for patients who want to treat dynamic wrinkles, but who have developed a “resistance” to other options.
Dysport®
Dysport® is an injectable neuromodulator that offers patients another option for addressing facial lines connected to muscle activity. Treatments are quick and effective, with forehead smoothing results lasting for months.
Bellafill® for Body
Patients who are already slim but who want to take their ab definition to the next level can choose Bellafill® for Body. The injectable filler can be used to accentuate the natural contour of the abdominal muscles.
Collagen and Dermal Fillers
Collagen loss is a primary reason wrinkles appear and facial contours change. The molecule’s destruction in the skin over time leads to a host of visible signs of aging, which is why there are so many dermal fillers to choose from.
RHA® Fillers
Many fillers break down rapidly in facial areas known for high muscle activity. The RHA® collection was designed to withstand the constant motion in these regions, providing long-lasting and natural-looking smoothness and youthful contours.
Juvéderm®
A particularly popular line of fillers is Juvéderm®, which has a hyaluronic acid-based formula to provide the skin with moisture-loving molecules as it adds volume where needed. Specific fillers in the family include Voluma® for contouring the midface, Volbella® to add volume to the lips and reduce the appearance of lip lines and other wrinkles, and Vollure™ to smooth out nasolabial folds and other lines.
Radiesse and Radiesse Plus®
A collagen stimulator, Radiesse® is sometimes called “the injectable implant” for its ability to reliably add and create long-lasting volume in key areas, such as the face, the backs of the hands, and the buttocks.
Restylane® Lyft
Restylane® is a hyaluronic acid-based treatment that nicely rejuvenates the tear trough region below the eyes. Dr. Turner prefers to use a cannula to inject this area in order to avoid bruising, and give patients a rejuvenation option over lunch, allowing them to return to work and play that day.
Sculptra®
Sculptra® is a unique injectable that has a poly L-lactic acid base. Its qualities make it ideal for buttock augmentation, though it can also be used elsewhere—such as the face—to help address age-related contour changes.
Platelet-Rich Plasma
Known as PRP, platelet-rich plasma is made by collecting and processing a patient’s own blood to create an injectable treatment that can rejuvenate the face, as well as follicles for hair restoration. To reduce discomfort during a PRP session, as well as improve recovery times, Dr. Turner uses a cannula known as a Magic Needle® to rejuvenate the periorbital region around the eyes.
Kybella®
To reduce a double chin, known as submental fullness, Dr. Turner offers the injectable Kybella®, which uses a form of dietary acid to disrupt unwanted fat cells.
Magic Needle®
Magic Needle® is an injection tool known as a cannula made to be flexible and featuring a rounded tip to maximize patient comfort and ease post-treatment effects such as bruising and pain. Dr. Ellen Turner uses it for her Plasma® sessions.
Facial Fillers FAQ
Have questions about facial fillers? We provide answers to the frequently asked questions we get at the Dermatology Office.
Nonsurgical Hair Restoration
Pieces of cells that specialize in healing can be used for injectable-based nonsurgical hair restoration treatments that counter the effects of both male and female pattern hair loss.
Facial Contouring for Men
Men have distinctly different facial characteristics from women—including denser muscles and thicker skin—so facial contouring for men at the Dermatology Office reflects that. Treatments are personalized and designed to accentuate masculine features.
